Production
For the production of 4everspace built-ins we use only well tested materials that are approved and certified by European bodies.
MATERIALS
4everbusiness furniture is made with the highest quality materials. For the production of fronts, we use EGGER brand MDF boards with increased density. We only use original BLUM fittings.
All edges are covered with the PVC tape using the PURE glue which protects them against moisture.
Ecological materials (water-based varnishes, recycled wood panels) of renowned brands holding European certificates are used in production.
We create sustainable and ecological solutions for demanding B2Bpartners.
MACHINERY
We use state-of-the-art Felder equipment in order to ensure high quality and precision of furniture. We have specialised CNC machines that automatically cut, mill and drill, based on pre-programmed instructions:
- CNC H350R – a specialized machine for milling furniture fronts. It allows to create ideally symmetrical and precise fronts that will be a perfect match for other furniture.
- CNC Creator 950 – a specialized machine for creating drilled openings for bolt and dowel joints of furniture bodies, milling patterns. It allows us to make complex and precise joints that will be durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Our machinery park also includes professional saws, woodworking and chipboard cutting machines, levelling machines, veneering machines, and very precise multi-spindle drilling machines.
For the sake of our production staff, we have implemented an innovation on a global scale: Preventive Contact System by FELDER – an innovative safety system for chainsaws.
MODERN CRAFSTMANSHIP
There are places where the art of handmade craftsmanship is a reason for pride and the best way to achieve the highest quality. In our case, these are paint components, assembly and handmade fixtures.
In processes where technology and precision are of the utmost importance, we use proven equipment to create the perfect office furniture for our Clients.
We use modern technologies for cutting and processing. These operations are carried out using digital machining centres (CNC), and the templates are cut on serviced panel saws.
